How does hypnosis work?

Hypnosis is a natural state of relaxation and concentration, hypnosis is science because thoughts and behaviors emit an electrical activity in our brain that manifests itself through an electromagnetic wave. When we are hypnotized, alpha waves are more active.

The hypnotic experience varies from person to person, some people feel relaxed others with a feeling of sleepiness.

One session lasts an hour and a half

No in hypnosis you don't fall asleep, you are always in control of yourself

No you are always in control of yourself and you don't do what you don't want to do unlike what is shown in the movies.

Everyone can be hypnotized it's a natural state, it's a simple and relaxing process.

The experience after the session varies from person to person, many people feel relaxed, others feel a feeling of liberation, others experience a sense of reflection.

Hypnosis is a quick way to access the causes of the problem because it allows you to enter the subconscious which is the emotional part.

It is usually in childhood that we create negative beliefs and through this method we can understand what they are and what they are created by an adult vision in order to interrupt them and create new and positive ones.

Sometimes it takes more than one session depending on the type of problem.

There are three types of change with RTT because each person is different.

  • Immediate: You feel an immediate change in thoughts, behaviors after the session

  • Incremental: You can notice consistent changes every day and over time

  • Retroactive: You do not notice immediate changes but after a period you notice that many things in yourself and in your life have changed

You can also experience them all together.
